I. PRODUCT WARRANTY POLICY

At LAVIEM, we encourage customers to review the usage instructions carefully to ensure proper care and maintenance of the product.

1. Warranty Regulations

We only provide warranty and repair services for products manufactured and distributed by LAVIEM.

• One-time free warranty/repair per product after purchase.

• Covers technical defects due to manufacturing issues such as loose stitching, thread breakage caused by weak knots or low-quality threads.

• Lifetime warranty on buttons and zippers.

• For items with hand-embellished details (beads, pearls): one-time warranty within 1 month from purchase date.

• LAVIEM may replace warranty materials with substitutes if original materials are out of season or from a special collection.

• We do not replace or reissue product accessories.

2. Warranty Procedure

• Please bring your product to any LAVIEM store nationwide. We require a minimum of 5 days to inspect and assess the item before offering the most suitable warranty solution.

• Customers must provide complete purchase information when requesting warranty/repair. If the warranty period has expired, LAVIEM reserves the right to decline service.

• Once accepted for warranty, LAVIEM requires 15–20 days to complete the repair process.

• Note: Customers are responsible for two-way shipping fees (if applicable). Shipping address and phone number are printed on the purchase invoice.

Cases Not Covered by Warranty:

• Items that have been altered prior to being brought in for service.

• Damage caused by improper use or maintenance, even within the warranty period (e.g., discoloration, severe fabric damage, scratches, tears from sharp objects, pet damage, mold, sun exposure, etc.).

II. EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Conditions for Exchange

Products are eligible for exchange when:

• Price tags and labels remain intact.

• Purchase receipt is provided.

• The item has not been used or altered by the customer or any third party.

• The item is undamaged.

• The item is exchanged within 3 days (in-store purchase) or 5 days (online purchase) from the date of purchase.

• The exchange item must be of equal or greater value. In the case of a lower-priced item, the price difference is non-refundable and cannot be used as credit for future orders.

Note: Items with manufacturing defects are eligible for exchange if all above conditions are met.

2. Non-exchangeable Items

We do not accept exchanges in the following cases:

• Items have been washed using a washing machine or harsh detergents.

• Items purchased during Sale programs.

• Failure to meet the conditions listed in section 1.

3. Model Exchange Management

Customers must select a replacement item within 5 days. After this period, LAVIEM reserves the right to cancel the exchange request without further support.

4. Shipping Fees

All shipping costs related to exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

III. RETURN POLICY

1. Return Conditions

Items with manufacturing defects can be returned within 3 days of receipt.
LAVIEM will cover return shipping costs for faulty products.

2. Returns Within Hanoi

For direct purchases within Hanoi's urban areas, customers may return products in-store at the nearest LAVIEM location.

3. Product Replacement Information

If you wish to exchange the returned item for a different product, please message us on Facebook LAVIEM for assistance. We will respond as soon as possible.

4. Shipping Cost for Replacements

LAVIEM covers the shipping cost for replacements of faulty items.

• Customers will be charged a 30,000 VND fee if an order is refused upon delivery.

• Please record an unboxing video for support. LAVIEM only processes return/exchange requests if an unboxing video is provided.
