All products available for purchase on our website are currently in stock and available for order.

Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched from Vietnam. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Global Shipping

LAVIEM offers international shipping to destinations worldwide through our trusted international and local delivery partners.

Complimentary global shipping is available on orders of US$500 or more.

For orders below US$500, applicable shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the delivery service available for your region.

Estimated delivery times may be provided at checkout where available. Please note that customs clearance, local delivery conditions, public holidays, weather conditions and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

Tracking Your Order

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided with your order once your shipment has entered the applicable tracked delivery network.

Duties & Taxes

International orders are shipped on a Delivered at Place (DAP) basis unless otherwise stated at checkout.

The recipient is responsible for any applicable import duties, customs charges, taxes or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee charged by LAVIEM and may be collected separately by local customs authorities or delivery partners.
