This website is operated by LAVIEM, a brand operated by CNX TRADING AND PRODUCTION JOINT STOCK COMPANY, a company registered in Vietnam.
Throughout the site, the terms “LAVIEM”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to CNX TRADING AND PRODUCTION JOINT STOCK COMPANY, trading as LAVIEM.
LAVIEM offers this website, including all information, content, features, tools, products and services available through this site (collectively, the “Services”), to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of these Terms of Service and all policies and notices referenced herein.
Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer and sell our products and Services to you.

Product prices may change without prior notice.
Prices are displayed in the currency selected or available for your market. Currency conversions, where applicable, may be provided through Shopify or other payment and commerce services.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, product prices do not include import duties, customs charges, taxes or other charges that may be imposed by the destination country.
International shipments are currently handled on a Delivered at Place (DAP) basis unless otherwise stated at checkout. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery Policy for further information.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and, where reasonably necessary, cancel an order affected by an obvious pricing or technical error. If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.
SECTION 5 — ORDERS
An order submitted through our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
Receipt of an order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of an order.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- A product is unavailable;
- Pricing or product information contains an obvious error;
- Payment cannot be authorized;
- Fraud or unauthorized activity is reasonably suspected;
- The shipping destination cannot be serviced; or
- The order appears to be intended for unauthorized resale or commercial distribution.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing, shipping and contact information when placing your order.
SECTION 6 — PAYMENT
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on your location.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Your use of those payment services may also be subject to the applicable provider's terms and privacy practices.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate payment and billing information for all purchases.
LAVIEM does not directly store complete payment card information where such information is processed securely by our payment service providers.
SECTION 7 — SHIPPING & DELIVERY
LAVIEM offers global shipping to supported destinations through trusted international and local delivery partners.
Shipping availability, charges and delivery conditions vary by destination.
Complimentary global shipping is available on eligible orders of US$500 or more, subject to our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Delivery estimates are provided for guidance and may be affected by customs clearance, local delivery conditions, public holidays, weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

SECTION 8 — RETURNS & REFUNDS
Eligible full-price items may be returned in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Our standard commercial return window is 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the eligibility requirements and exceptions described in that policy.
Sale, Special Price and Final Sale items are not eligible for return or refund due to change of mind, fit or size preference.
We do not currently offer direct exchanges for international orders. Customers wishing to purchase another size, colour or item should follow the applicable return procedure and place a new order.
Nothing in these Terms or our Returns & Refunds Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

SECTION 9 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, all content available through the LAVIEM website, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, brand names, product designs, photographs, videos, graphics, text, artwork, layouts and other creative materials, is owned by or licensed to LAVIEM and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
